  • A firm massage incorporating specialized techniques tailored for more active individuals to optimize performance, aid recovery, and prevent injuries. Generally more goal focused

  • Lighter than sports massage yet still firm. Deep Tissue massage therapy is for anyone in need, whether that be a simple de-stress or a fixing a specific niggle. Designed to take on those more “life-style” factors such as aching neck and shoulders from working at a desk.

  • A supplementary service incorporated into a Sports Massage or Deep Tissue treatment. Acupuncture/Dry Needling involves the placement of fine needles through the skin and into muscles. Western Acupuncture focuses on the anatomical muscle groups of the body to offer targeted pain relief.

  • Cupping treatments employ the use of a vacuum to lift soft tissues to stretch underlying fascia and muscle away from the bone. Cupping promotes circulation, pulling blood cells into the tissues encouraging healing.

    Traditional Cupping with flame or modern cupping with silicone vacuum cups available

    NOTE: Cupping will leave marks on the skin. These are pain free and usually fade over 4-7 days.

  • Generally only available during Corporate day experiences. Seated Acupressure Massage offers the convenience of keeping clients clothed with treatments that are easy to perform in the workplace or local event.

  • As a therapist I carry extra tools within my arsenal to aid and assist recovery and help enhance my treatments. These include the use of
    - Percussive Massage Guns
    - Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM/Gua Sha)
    - Kinesiology (flex) taping
